Q: Unable to install itunes - error 2 message
I can't seem to get iTunes to install on my PC. I keep receiving an Error 2 message. When I click on the Start and go to update Windows as instructed for troubleshooting there is no "Update Windows" option available to click on.

The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach.
