How do I change print borders on a Canon printer?

I am attempting to print a brochure on a Canon Pixma MG2920 printer. I am working in Pages '09 (can't link text boxes in Pages 5.6.2) on a Mac desktop with El Capitan 10.11.6. Text and graphics run to within 1/4 inch of the paper edges. All the sides print except the right side (in landscape) which won't print closer than 3/4 inch of the edge.

I have tried changing borders via Page Setup—Paper Size—>Manage Custom Sizes—>User Defined, but it doesn't help. Is there any way to change the print area so it will show 1/4 inch all around?
