Q: No more Apps updates (Appstore) on all my devices

Hi, On each of my devices, I can't update the Apps (via Wifi), I just can buy and download NEW apps with my usual Apple ID & Password.
The OS software ask me to update some of them as usual but is always failing in the downloading process

— Mac OSX Yosemite on my iMac; ElCapitan on my MBP The error displayed on the iMac ( My main computer ):

Le serveur a généré une erreur pendant le téléchargement : 503 Service Unavailable. Service Unavailable

— iOS 9.3.3 on my own iPhone several attempts fail, odd wifi disconnections when watching Netflix (Network connection error)

— I cannot update my mother iPAD applications ( Family sharing ) with my own Apple ID.

  • This is "probably" due to a recent change iMac session keychain on the iMac I do not understand anymore since it contains some unknown items and obsolete ones. (see the upcoming screenshot). the change is now afaik, keychain is no more the same as the one of the session

Is there anyone here who can help me to solve this before making further investigations related to this general problem.

Please note that most of my Apple applications can not be updated ! only a few of them on all my Apple products I own.

It is an indescribable mess that nobody at Apple(care) seems to want (or can) explain. I do not blame them because I'm not able either. I just followed the Applecare advice by asking to my ISP the total reset of their Router box and connection. Yesterday I did, followed by relative WiFi settings on all my equipment, without any improvement. It's even worse because iCloud sync was not enabled by default on all my computer equipment. And upgrading all my soft doesn't work.

    Try a restart.

Do a backup, using either Time Machine or a cloning program, to ensure files/data can be recovered. Two backups are better than one.

Try setting up another admin user account to see if the same problem continues. If Back-to-My Mac is selected in System Preferences, the Guest account will not work. The intent is to see if it is specific to one account or a system wide problem. This account can be deleted later.

Isolating an issue by using another user account

If the problem is still there, try booting into the Safe Mode using your normal account.  Disconnect all peripherals except those needed for the test. Shut down the computer and then power it back up after waiting 10 seconds. Immediately after hearing the startup chime, hold down the shift key and continue to hold it until the gray Apple icon and a progress bar appear. The boot up is significantly slower than normal. This will reset some caches, forces a directory check, and disables all startup and login items, among other things. When you reboot normally, the initial reboot may be slower than normal. If the system operates normally, there may be 3rd party applications which are causing a problem. Try deleting/disabling the third party applications after a restart by using the application un-installer. For each disable/delete, you will need to restart if you don't do them all at once.

Thanks Eric Root, (I did not received a notification of your previous reply ! )

    two comments:

    • My time capsule did not support the migration to Yosemite and all its content is inaccessible via time machine. It's now a device I deleted completely as it became unusable (a 15 days long process was a sign of its death). Even after an reformatting attempt.
    • I'm afraid to make repairs that I could not cancel for lack of knowledge. I never managed to make a clone, or even a backup since my time capsule is dead.

    On each computers ?

Try resetting the App Store and Clearing Cookies.

How do you proceed on your side ?

I will however try to follow your advice (already given several times if my memory for names is good). This will take a full month for me as a neophyte, Don't blame me: I need to translate, understand, find a secure way to follow each advice, it's time consuming…

Each month has such a new kind of issue… I'm afraid to make repairs that I could not cancel for lack of knowledge. I never managed to make a clone, or even a backup since my time capsule is dead. Isn't there not an expert at Apple France who can help me after reading my thick "folder" @ AppleCare? (I mean near Paris, France)  How to find him/her ?

I would have dearly paid  for such an engineer supervision service of Apple if  there was one. Because I suspect that the problem is the Apple side, not client side.

in example: Loosing most of previous purchases because of a Apple ID change that Apple asked me to do… Trust and loyalty disappear gradually. Yet I was almost ready to invest again in the Apple brand. I differ because of such problems
