After recording something in Garage band, it doesn't return to the start, I have to press return on the keyboard, how can I make it automatically go to the start or to where I want to record from?!

If you enable the Cycle Region, GarageBand will always loop back to the beginning of the cycle region when recording.

The shortcuts are from GarageBand 10.1.2. Which version are you using?

Logic is much more professional than GarageBand. But you can open any GarageBand project in Logic.
