Ipad Pro disabled

I got up this morning and Ipad won't accept my thumbprint or my password. I can use password to enter account online, so why can't I access my Ipad?

It will not let me do that either. The directions for doing that says to use a previously enrolled computer, but I do not remember ever synching my Ipad with a computer. This is frustrating because it is only 1 week old. When I go to Itunes on my work computer nothing appears to happen to the screen on the Ipad. I even tried updating my password through my Apple account but now the Ipad won't let me input any password.

I'm not sure why you marked the thread as solved if you haven't resolved the issue. That's going to cut down on the number of answers you get.

You're going to need to erase the device. The article I linked to describes exactly what you need to do. You do not need to have synced to a computer to erase it. Knowing your Apple ID password will not get you into the device if it doesn't accept the device password.
