Q: Lost Music Library
I was trying to add some purchased music to my iPod, there was an update available. I did the update first then tried to add the music. Came up with only the purchased music none of the music I added from CDs. What happened to my music? Can it get it back? Haven't been able to access the library from my back up on external hard drive.

Can't answer your second question unless you provide more details on why you haven't been able to access your backup library. So far I have an image of a pit bull terrier holding it in its mouth and that's probably as valid as any other current indication for a reason to not be able to use it.
