Q: Problem with activating iPhone 4S

Hello, I have a problem with activating my iphone 4s! I restored it and tried to connect to my Apple ID

but it shows me the message "Incorrect Apple ID"!

But the ID and password are correct because i logged in successfully via the Web!!

Also i tried to remove the device by using the iCloud service but there was not any option to do that!!

Please help me, i don't know what is wrong!

Hi, thanks for the response but the phone is erased, your link is not helpful! This is what i get and cannot skip it! (The e-mail name is erased on purpose )

You can not bypass the activation lock. You MUST provide the credentials for the account that was used to sign into iCloud on the phone and turn on Find My iPhone.

If it will not accept your iCloud ID and you do not have multiple iCloud accounts, then contact whoever you got the phone from. They will have to remove the lock.

But I am the owner and i don't think i have another iCloud account!! There must be a way to fix this! How do i deactivate the lock?? I logged into iCloud and the only thing i get is what is shown on the photo...
