Q: downgrade

hi dear i have installed ios 10.0 when i want to downgrade to ios9.3.3 the itunes app show error

About iOS beta software - https://support.apple.com/HT203282 - "Before you install prerelease software, back up your device in iTunes, then archive the backup. You won’t be able to use an iCloud backup or one you didn’t archive if you go back to the current version of iOS."  Downgrade directions also on this page.

    I haven't done this but am recalling from other posts you have to completely erase your phone and then restore with the currently available non-beta iOS version. You can restore user files from a backup you made prior to any backups made with IOS10.
