Ancestry.com charges after free trail cancellation

I had an Ancestry.com 7 day free trial and I cancelled the subscription on the 7th day but I was still charged $20. How do I remove this charge from my account?

iMac, OS X Mountain Lion, 10.8

You will have to contact Ancestry.com directly for help with billing charges.

contact your credit card company or your bank, then contact Ancestory.

This really isn't a Mac question so there is not much we provide in the way of a resolution.
