Water damage iPhone 6s

Hi, I'm on holiday in Corfu and I dropped my phone in the pool, I got in and took It out then dried it off. It worked for a bit then the screen went black with red lines and has been changing colour ever since whenever you try to turn it on. I bought some rice and put it in there and it seemed to be improving and turning on then even showed my lock screen picture but now it just stays on a white screen for a bit and goes black. Is there any hope that if I leave it in the rice for a few days and not touch it that it'll be okay or should I do something else? Thank you.

ps. It's an iPhone 6s plus if that makes a difference

Hi

Unless you have previously purchased AppleCare+, your iPhone will not qualify for replacement by Apple under warranty / service plan.

However, it may be eligible for replacement at a reduced cost (vs retail price) via Apple's out-of-warranty repair service.

Contact Apple Support (mail-in service may be available) or make a Genius Bar reservation to establish your available service options:
