Q: iTunes won't play streamed content
Two days ago iTunes stopped playing any streaming content. If I hit "play" it tries to play then I get "checking for downloads." It goes to the next song on the list where the scenario plays itself out again and again...and again. I have iTunes 12.4.2.4 for Mac. I've tried updating my system software, signing out of my Apple ID and signing back in, restarting iTunes (about 10 times) and my computer, turning off my phone (in case that was interfering somehow). All to no avail. I'm now paying for a service I cannot use. This is extremely frustrating and makes me want to return to Spotify.
