Not everyone has the same ability to do different things like measure signal levels, or make beautiful illustrations, or take amazing photographs.

The result was that I measured continuity between the house ground and the Mac (or the stage ground and the Mac) at pins 1 and 5. Using the 3 pin AC connector. But I am reluctant to suggest anything that may lead to an OP meddling with high voltage connections, for obvious reasons. So if there is more of this we'll take it to the lounge.

Based on your measurement, can we therefore assume that the "Voltage return" and the "earth ground" (if present) are tied together?

... and that the MacBook IS intended to be grounded to the house electrical system's earth ground, provided the two-meter AC power cord (the one with a grounding wire connection) is connected?

Radiation? I seriously doubt that is a problem. You might want to take it in to an Apple store and explain your issue there.

Just to make sure you're getting all the help you can, did you call Apple yet?

Why don't you buy yourself some test gear and have some facts to go with your claim, the expense would be trivial to a millionaire several times over.
