I can't see iCloud Drive on iCloud.com

I have created a new apple-ID, but I can't access iCloud-drive from the website, www.icloud.com. How come? Do I need to setup some other stuff before this will work?

I'm using the new apple-ID on the iPhone simulator following with xcode, and using iCloud-drive on there. I've created a document in pages from iCloud.com, and it appears on the iCloud-drive app on the simulator, so there is some kind of connection..
