MM2 does not have a green light on it. Check if it is charged. Use a USB mouse so you can configure the MM2 to pair with your computer using BlueTooth preferences. Be sure to slide the On/Off switch to ON - you should see green on the slide.
The keyboard has a very small and hard to spot On/Off switch on the rear of the keyboard. Be sure it is turned ON.
According to this, there is a green light to be seen.

"The Magic Mouse and Magic Mouse 2 have a slide switch on the bottom of the device. Slide the switch to turn on the device. On the Magic Mouse, the green LED will briefly light up. On the Magic Mouse 2, green will be visible."
To be fair to theratter, the green showing is not a light, but the background colour behind the switch to indicate the switch is set at on.
Are you sure it is charged up. The green light normally confirms this. Have you had problems with the charging cable recently.
No green light. I paired it and it's working again.
Thanks for the help
