"subscribed"???  Does this mean you subscribed to iTunes Match in the past and terminated your subscription?

If not, and you still subscribe to iTunes Match, here is how to get the contents of your library:

Use iTunes Match on your computer, iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

If you terminated your subscription, you should find your songs on your latest computer backup.
