I rece got a new iPhone because my other one got completely damaged by water. I set the new one up using "restore from backup". The backup has restoreed all my apps, contacts, etc.; however NONE of my photos have come through. It doesn't even say "downloading" when I go in the photos app. Does anyone know why this may be??? Thanks!

An iCloud Backup includes only photos that are in the camera roll, but no items that are already in iCloud, like My Photo STream or iCloud Photo Library.
Have you been using iCloud with your photos? If yes, have you enabled all iCloud options again, that you used before the restore?
Help with restore!!
