Hai ,
I cannot sign into my Itunes store ,apple music and also cannot cancel subscription.
Mac book air Late 2010, Intel Coe 2 duo, OSX EL Capitan 10.11.6, Itunes version12.4.2.4.
All started after previous (not the latest update ).
Tried all measures as described in Itunes support thread.
Firewall swithed off, catche cleared etc.
