Remap Standard Keyboard Keys

I recently replaced the keyboard that came with our iMac with a Logitech standard keyboard with "regular" function keys. I want to set up two of the function keys to allow me to increase and decrease the screen brightness in a similar fashion that I had on the iMac keyboard. Is there a way I can do this?
