Q: PLEASE HELP ME?

I have a iPod Touch 6th generation and have had it now for 5mths. Recently it just all of a sudden went black screen on me. I have followed the YouTube and Apple Support instructions but it's still black screening. My iPod has been charging for almost 24hrs with me every now and again trying the home button and on/off button technique, still nothing. The alarms still go as I've set them but again...black screen.

Try the remaining actions of:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on

- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.
