Jul 28, 2016 12:40 AM in response to davorinoby Esquared,Give the former user a cup of relaxing tea, so that he can remember that password. That is the only way. Cleaning the iPad for resale is his responsibility btw.

Jul 28, 2016 12:43 AM in response to davorinoby Winston Churchill,IF they aren't able to resolve this they need to refund you.
DO you happen to know whether they have an entirely new ID or just changed the email address used on their existing ID.

Jul 28, 2016 12:59 AM in response to Winston Churchillby davorino,I think (or he thinks) he just changed the email adress on his existing id. There must be a way to resolve this - I mean, that thing is not stolen. And we don't want to give up that fast!
We both are just no "Apple Cracks" - I've tried to browse the Apple website to find a solution but I get confused with all this Apple ID, Icloud stuff.
Can I contact some Apple people on this issue, or can they respond here?? I mean it's nice that they delegate the work to random (unpaid) strangers, but it's actually their duty to help people on these issues...
