Q: my iphone 6 problem

hi

my iphone 6 downloaded new ios(9.3.3) and I have clicked to update but after an hour I came back to use my iphone

and I saw screen is black and no bottons work .

I restarted my iphone 6 and when I turned it on , it goes to recovery mode (every time i restart , it goes to recovery mode)

I conncet it  to itunes and it says to update to ios 9.1 , I click to update , and ios 9.1 downloaded .but when i click to update it say that  the iphone disc is full .

I have no back up of my iphone , What do i do to bring it to normal mode or access to my data?
