Updating to iOS9.3.3 but it wont Verify Update? :(

I am trying to update to the new iOS 9.3.3 of my iPhone 5S, however a pop up appears saying it cannot Verify Update because i am no longer connected to the internet? However "I AM" connected to the internet as well as the phone is on charge! Whats wrong?
