For an iOS device tap Settings > Safari then tap Clear History & Website Data. Restart the device then try that site.

Jul 28, 2016 5:38 AM in response to Carolyn Samitby Tony.Maas,Tried clearing the cookies and data on Ipad Air. It seems to be a problem with spotlight suggestion. No such image is indexed as well. Also, it appears on all IPad versions that I used. So I don't think its a device problem. It is likely a problem with Apple server.
The question is, how does Spotlight fetch the data for the suggested websties?

I've tested and it's not an issue local to the device. Seems to be specific to Safari. Even searched on a brand new phone and shows our old logo.
Does anyone know where Safari pulls the image from?
