iCloud drive folder empty on Windows 10

Never had this issue before with windows, but just installed a fresh copy of windows 10 pro to bootcamp and after enabling icloud, the drive folder has nothing in it....? any suggestions for a fix?

MacBook Pro with Retina display, iOS 8.1.2

Did you ever find a fix or workaround for this issue? I have the same problem and have tried everything- even reinstalling windows, but nothing helps:

ICloud Drive says it's updated, but the folder remains completely empty. :-/
