My Apple Watch screen has gone dim and will not brighten. I have version 2.2.2 and using iPhone 6+ with most recent OS. I have reset ph and watch countless times, unpaired and paired many times, restored from backup and as a new watch, adjusted brightness and nothing has worked. My watch warranty just expired.
Thoughts? Solutions? I can see the screen at night or during the day.

I had the same issue, 5 months out of warranty. Apple gave me three options:-
Repair or replace is repair not applicable - $199
Buy a new Series 1 watch - $250
Buy a new Series 3 watch - $350
Not very good support for an Apple product, I decided not to spend $400 every 2 years for an Apple watch, my Seiko came back out of the drawer!
