IPod Is Messed Up. Please Help

i accidentally tried to sign in icloud with a different apple id and now I have to verify it and the email was sent to a random persons email that I accidently typed down.

okay whole story My IPod has been acting weird and now... I die

List of stuff happening:

|multiple apps don't work|

|multiple websites won't work|

|app store won't work|

|can't update my ipod|

This might be because I am in Vietnam for the rest of my childhood. (charity reasons) or a virus. I have checked every website I know and did everything I could to do a data wipe... but nothing still. so I hope a professional will help me

(btw I'm 13 so I'm pretty dumb)

iPod touch, iOS 9.2.1, I am writing this on a computer.

Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode

and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.
If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled

If recovery mode does not work try DFU mode.

Try doing a Hard Reset by holding the "Sleep Button" [The button on the top of the iPhone] & the "Home Button" [The circular button with a square on the front of the iPhone] at the same time until the screen turns off & then turn it back on. If it doesn't help try resseting by going into Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Content and Settings. I hope it helps.
