Time Machine skipping ServerBackup with 5.1.7

Hi, since upgrading to Server 5.1.7 I noticed that Time Machine is no longer running ServerBackup as part of the backup process. So all of my Time Machine backups do not contain the /.ServerBackup directory, and the OD backup image isn't being updated.

Has anyone else noticed this, or had this issue on prior versions?
