Apple has not provided support for Safari for Windows for years.

If you don't want to use IE, try Firefox or Chrome instead.

Not so according to Apple's support site linked above. Safari 12.4.2 is shown for Windows 7 and above in 64-bit versions.

12.4.2 is iTunes not Safari.
