Q: FCPX - Why I don't see Move Project option?

I have my movie projects created on Mac-pro and now I got a Mac desktop. I want to move my libraries and projects over. I read the articles about moving projects in FCPX, but I only see one option "Duplicate Project" and after clicking on that, it just adds same project in the same place but does not give me any option to choose location to move it over.

please help!

Thanks

YYou might be looking at obsolete information. Generally if you're using managed media the simplest way to ti copy the libraries in the Finder.

    Hi there.

Select project. File > Move Project to Library

Libraries are moved in the Finder. If you move to a different drive, the library will be copied. In that case, efore deleting the original library, first verify that the copied library works.
