If someone blocks me, can they still see my location?

if someone blocks my number would they still be able to see my location/ use Find My Friend app?

iPhone 5s, iOS 9.3.2

Probably. Just remove them from Find My Friends, then they cannot track you any longer. Or you can just go into Find My Friends, click on you at the bottom of the page, and turn off Share My Location.
