Q: what happen to my boot camp T^T

the download time is terrible and keep jumping 600++ suddenly up to 800++ and back to 600++ ..... forever loop and the bar stuck no move .... is this normal?

Please use a wired connection, instead of a wireless connection. What year/model is your Mac?

i using mac book pro early 2015 with version OS X EI10.11.2, the bar totally no move and stuck for 5 hr only the time keep jumping 400-600 min sometime become 4000min so what should i do? any suggestion....? my internet download speed is between 15-20mpbs

Can you connect via ethernet cable? Your download may also depend on your ability to get to Apple CDN to download Windows software.
