iWeb site won't open if change made only to interior page

iWeb 3.0.4 (601) El Capitan

Suddenly, if I make a change to any page other than the home page, then the site won't open.

If I then make a gratuitous change to the home page, then the site WILL open.

Can someone explain this and offer assistance?
