Q: Purchased song asks for authorisation despite being authorised
I have recently purchased an album from the iTunes store. One specific song off the album will not play and asks for authorisation. When I authorise the computer, it tells me that it is already authorised and still will not play the specific song. All other songs on the album play correctly. Is there a way to re-download the album without incurring costs to see if that helps?
