Q: I am receiving text messages and phone calls on both my old 5s and my new 6s

i am receiving text messages and phone calls on both my old 5s and my new 6s. Given my son is using the old 5s with a new number, i would like to stop them going to the old one. help?

As long as you and your son use the same AppleID for iCloud, iMessage and FaceTime, you are both sharing the same account for those services. He needs to sign out of all of those services with your AppleID and then create his own AppleID and sign back in with that (thus creating his own accounts for those Apple services).
