Q: What is the remedy to restoring iPad and failing?

After going through the whole restoring iPad with iTunes process. My iPad just restarts itself (as its suppose to) however, going on "setup your iPad" page it goes to "iPad is disabled connect to iTunes". Tried 5 times before posting my problem here. Anybody got any ideas? Any solution? I am open to every suggestion.

Just to let everybody know that iTunes extracts software, updates the iPad (iPad also has updating animation going on the screen) and while the iTunes is waiting for iPad suddenly this (the above mentioned problem) happens and I am back to square one. Please help.

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 9.3.3

    Hi

Make sure your PC is running the latest itunes  12.4.4

    Turn iPhone off

Connect lead to USB on your PC

Press & hold power button on iPhone don,t let go.

Connect lead to iPhone keep power button pressed down until PC sees iphone.

Then wait for restore you may need to do this more than once before it works .

    Cheers
