Q: i just clicked on an article on Facebook and it deactivated my iPad---nothing I do works. Does anyone have any suggestions?

iPad 4-128G ---just deactivated when I clicked on an article on Facebook. I have tried several things---nothing works.
turned it off numerous times and used the reset method---

What do you mean it "deactivated" it?

What happens when you hold down the home button and the sleep button until the iPhone turns off, and then you turn it back on? What exactly happens at that point?
