#1 those rectangles are 3D ... you could reenact that in Motion 5, with a glyph like ◼︎, using the 3D title feature:
#2 the boxes create drop shadows - you have to create your own light situation, no rocket science but ....
#3 rotating stars, ... mine look a bit .... curvey LOL
now, rebuild that set, estm. 30-40 elements .... phewww!!
I produce plugins, but that one would be for my standards too complex ... in the building. The animation itself is simple.

Plan C) forget the 'real' deepness and drop shadows: 'shop' that object in some paint.app, incl. shadows, divide elements on two layers to reenact the flow in ....
