Yesterday I tried starting my Nano, but I got a flickering white screen. I searched online for solutions and tried any I could find, but none worked. I decided to restore it, since that was one solution, and that didn't work either. And now iTunes won't re-sync anything to my Nano. Anyone know how to fix this?

Thanks for that info and choosing the Apple Support Communities. I know how important getting your iPod Nano working again is to you! If I understand correctly, you are unable to get past a white flickering screen on your iPod Nano, even after restoring it in iTunes. At this point it sounds like a hardware issue and you will need to get your iPod Nano serviced, the link below will explain more for you:
