Q: IwAtch restore from all back up

HHow restore I watch from backup.   I set as new watch.  I need set back up. 

Apple Watch Sport 42mm, iOS 9.3.3

If a backup is available, you are offered the option to Restore from Backup during set up.

 

You may wish to try unpairing and re-pairing your watch again. If an older backup is available (rather than the new one that will be taken as a result of unpairing your watch), select it to restore from that.
