So it's an email. Is it easily recognizable? If so you could make a Rule to get rid of it.

Instructions can be found in the link I just gave. Here it is again, now in plain text:

Mail (El Capitan): Use rules to manage your inbox

So essentially, you select Preferences > Rules and click on New Rule. Under Conditions you select Subject and fill in Remove Obama. And under tasks select Remove Message.

    Hi Doris,

You are not posting back that anything that anyone has suggested is something that you have tried.

Emails can be brought in to read in Mail from differing types of Accounts.

Web Mail sites like Google's or Yahoo's often have instructions on how they can be accessed by Mail using either the POP protocol or the IMAP one.

They also tend to have filters on the Web site end that can stop you getting or at least seeing certain emails.

Normally this is based on criteria like the Address it is coming from or specific words from the subject line or the contents.

This can also be done using the Rules in Mail

Eric's post shows a Picture of the Preferences of the app opened at the Rule Pane.

Preferences can be accessed in the Menu that drops down when you click and hold the Application's Name in the Menu bar (next to the Apple Icon top left).

Esquared has posted links that detail the Apple written into on the subject.

The Title you suggest is being used sounds like spam.

This means it probably looks like it comes from all sorts of email addresses.

    From my Mail App.

I have not set rules up and just delete them

Some do get picked up as Spam and show in the Spam folder before I delete them (other go straight to Junk first).

How you proceed is up to you.

You are unlikely to change that they are sent.

The people whose accounts they are are probably not even aware.

Replying often just confirms yours is an active account and you will start getting more.
