Q: My macbook pro keeps freezing and then crashes

Hi everyone!

I hope there's someone who can help me.

So a few days ago I started to get an issue, whenever I was running a program, it could be just google chrome, I would see the cursor to freeze and then my macbook pro would just crash (restart).

Then I made a factory reset, but it seems like the issue won't go away.

Can anyone help me? 

Could it be software or hardware related?
