How to restore my Mac from an archived Time Machine Backup

I testet Sierra for a few days, but since I found out that some of my software doesn't work properly with it yet i restored my El Capitan System via HD wipe. I want to restore my old Data now, but I recently had to archive my TimeCapsule and all the remaining Backups are from Sierra. So I need to restore my system completely from an archived TM-Backup. How can I do this?

MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Late 2013), OS X El Capitan (10.11.6)
