Q: Sync stuck "Finding Purchased Items"
Hi all,
Just updated Itunes to the latest build a few days ago. My OS is Windows 10 x64 build. I can sync my iphone 6 just fine, but my daughters Iphone is getting stuck at Syncing step 4 of 5 "finding purchased items". This started happening after I updated her phone with the most recent update from Apple (9.3 something).
I hard reset her phone, nothing. I tried to close itunes, cannot. Cannot kill the process even with admin prompt. Have to reboot every time, and always stuck at the same point.
Appreciate some help.

Did you try to transfer the purchases from her phone to iTunes on the computer before syncing the phone?
Or try to download her purchase again onto the computer before you sync.
Are you using different Windows user accounts and thus an iTunes registered with a different Apple ID ?
