settings - mail/contacts/calendar - email account - select account - scroll down delete.
I got it. Unfortunately this is an email account for where I work. I suppose they will have to remove it for me, given this is my last day with them. Thanks for the info though.

Yes the IT person of the company should be the one who comes by and removes the account for you.
That is standard policy for companies.
