Q: Iphone is disabled...unable to restore it
my friend gave me their old iphone 5s to use but they don't remember their password to the phone. They told me just connect it to a computer to restore it and it would be fine. But when I did that it asked for password on the computer so I was unable to restore it on the computer. So I looked into how to restore it through the iPhone. I turned the phone off and pressed and hold down the home button and connected it to the computer. It allowed me to restore it that way But when it was done downloading and did not work. The iPhone was still disabled and not restored.
Does anyone know of another solution to fix this problem? I feel like I have tried everything I could But nothing seems to work.

Recovery mode should work and you may have to try it several times.
