Usually when you open the message there will be a send button. If not try moving the message into drafts and try again, or copy and paste the content into a new message.

It took me long enough. Unfortunately there is no edit> move button in Outbox. So go to Outbox. Tap the email you want to send from the left column. Tap the email itself. The keyboard comes up with the send button just waiting for you. 🙂
Thanks bob. 🙂

You're welcome. I once sent from the Outbox and knew it was possible but I forgot how and have been searching for the last 6 months. Finally my long odyssey is over. (Nothing like being over dramatic.) 🙂
Yep, I've done it too but I didn't have a device in hand for testing the process.

Sorry, don't have an iPad so this is for a MacPro> When you are ready to send the email, and it is open and active, hold down Shift/Command keys then press D. In the past I would see a send button in the top ribbon, and today looked in the toolbar add feature but I can't find the icon to add it back on the top ribbon. But the Shift/Command keys then press D is almost as fast as the old icon at the top.
Device in hand is the only way I can do it. And do it. And do it. Until I get it right. 🙂
