Q: iTunes U- Podcast downloads

I have tried repeatedly to download multiple lecture/video podcasts to my iPad Pro through the iTunes U app without success. It gets all the way to 100% and then a message pops up saying "unable to download. Try again later." I've tried every suggestion I could find, including doing a complete reboot and signing out and back in to the iTunes and App Store through settings and NOTHING has worked.

Does ANYONE have a solution to this issue that actually works??? I'm at the end of my rope! Thank you in advance for any help you can provide. -Ron M.

I take it you've tried the alternate approach of downloading content to iTunes and then syncing it?

I haven't seen the issue as you describe it, but the following steps will usually help resolve odd behavior with an iOS device. They assume that all of the content you want on the device is in your library ready for restoring. If it isn't see Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device first.

Backup device.
Restore as a new device.
Restore the backup you made earlier.
