Apps won't redownload after I've deleted them.

Hello, I had an issue (which I heard was common) with my Instagram app a few days ago where it wouldn't open so I deleted the app, thinking I could just re-download and it would work again. Now, when I press the button to re-download it loads for like .01 seconds and then i click again, and again and again until finally it looks like it's going to load but then the circle loady bar (tech terms not my thing sorry) doesn't do anything. I tried restarting my phone and logging in and out of my Apple account and nothing is working. Please let me know what I can do! Thank you.

First try a forced restart. No data is lost with this procedure. Hold down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears on the screen. After the phone starts up, try to download again. Go ahead and see if the download will resume.

If that didn't help, disconnect from WiFi, restart the phone, connect to WiFi again and then tap the download circle and see if it will work. Go to Settings>Airplane Mode>On. Restart the phone. After the phone starts up, go back to Settings>Airplane Mode>Off. Try downloading the apps again.
