Q: Icloud
Dear sir/ Madam
I have a problem in my Iphone device that related to the iCloud Account
My iCloud account has been locked for security reasons and also I can not access my email address at all.
I have made another apple ID and signed in to the iTunes app store, then I have used the same password to signout the old ID but has not worked
Iam using " Iphone5" and "iOS 9.3.3" , its capacity is 16GB
This is the old ID "................@yahoo.com" it is not an email address it is just an ID, It seems that the "apple log in" uses that ID as an email, that is why i can not get the unlock link
The new Apple ID is".................@gmail.com"
It will be highly appreciated if you sort this issue out
