my iphone 5s has itunes in circle black background

help needed for *********yahoo.com, my iphone 5s is in a black screen with itunes in a circle with charging wire not connected to itunes.I tried find my phone but it says my phone is off line.What can i do???help, The ophone will go to a white screen with apple lpgo but i need my back up but how to do it with phone in this shape?PLEASE HELP?
